Separate sealed bids for construction of Kingston Town Spring Redevelopment 2025 Project will be received by
Kingston Town from bidders.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at _1:00 p.m. on May 29, 2025, at 40 W. 100 S. Kingston, UT 84743.
The work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to
construct the facilities and features called for by the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and as shown on the DRAWINGS.
The Kingston Town Spring Redevelopment 2025 Project includes a new 4' spring collection line with
accompanying appurtenances within the town's spring collection right-of-way and replacement of water service
meters with radio read capable meters throughout town.
This project is funded by Community Impact Fund Board.
Plans and specifications have been prepared by Sunrise Engineering, Inc. and will be available after April 24, 2025,
on their website plan room at http://www.sunrise-eng.com. Click on 'Plan Room' at the bottom of the homepage.
Bidders must register and sign-in and choose to become a plan holder to obtain access to CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
and DRAWINGS. Notices regarding changes/amendments to the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and DRAWINGS will
be sent to the e-mail address associated with the bidder's registration. Bidders are responsible for maintaining current
and correct contact information and check the planroom often to receive updates or additional
documents/changes/amendments. The ENGINEER for this Contract will be Sunrise Engineering, Incorporated and
they will be represented by Jason Brimhall, P.E. as Project Engineer.
A pre-bid tour will be held on May 15, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., leaving from the office of the Owner at 40 W. 100 S.
Kingston, UT 84743. Attendance at the pre-bid tour is not required, but highly recommended.
