ALPINE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that the PLANNING COMMISSION of Alpine City, Utah will hold a Public Meeting
on Tuesday, April 29th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 20 North Main Street, Alpine, Utah.
The public may attend the meeting in person or view it via the Alpine City YouTube Channel. A direct link to the
channel can be found on the home page of the Alpine City website, alpineut.gov.

B. Public Hearing: Code Amendment to Chapter 3.01 Definitions to add Light Manufacturing to the
definitions
C. Public Hearing: Proposed Sculpture Garden located at Alpine City Hall/Fire Station Block.
D. Action Item: Off-Street Parking Exception Request 645 S Alpine Highway.
E. Action Item: Guest House Request 1831 N Fort Canyon Road.
F. Action Item: Double Frontage Lot Request Country Manor Lane and Bald Mountain Drive.
