Scott Messel Community Development Director Notice of Public Hearing The Washington County Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing to consider vacation of Carson Circle in Central. Carson Circle was dedicated to Washington County as part of the Dixie Deer Estates Phase 5 Subdivision plat, but was not improved. The applicant is proposing to vacate Carson Circle as it fronts his property, but does not provide a means of access. Access to the applicants parcels is achieved from a drive way access on Hardin Trail. The approximate location of Carson Circle is 270 N Butch Cassidy Trail, Central UT 84722. The applicant is Eric Charlton.
