PARAGONAH TOWN NOTICE OF 2025 MUNICIPAL ELECTION In accordance with UCA 10-3-301(2)(a), NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Municipal Offices in Paragonah, Utah to be voted on in the 2025 Municipal General Election are Mayor (4-year term) and Two (2) Town Board Members (both 4-year terms). Election dates are as follows: 2025 Municipal Primary Election (if necessary) August 12, 2025 2025 Municipal General Election November 4, 2025 Candidate Filing Period: A Paragonah Town resident who is interested in becoming a candidate must file a Declaration of Candidacy between June 2 and June 6, 2025. Declarations of Candidacy must be filed with the Paragonah Town Clerk at the Paragonah Town Hall, 44 North 100 West, Paragonah, Utah, during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Qualification requirements for a person running for a municipal office: Must be a Citizen of the United States Must be at least 18 years of age Must be a registered voter of Paragonah Town Must be a resident of Paragonah Town for at least 12 consecutive months prior to the election Must not have been convicted of a felony CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I hereby certify on April 25, 2025, I posted the above notice on the Utah Public Notice Website, Paragonah Town website (paragonahtown.gov), Paragonah Info Facebook page and at the Paragonah Town Hall and Paragonah Post Office.
