- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matter: Zoning Amendment: Request by Perry Homes for a rezone of approximately 19.7 acres located at approximately 3000 W 1200 S, from A-1 to R-2.
