KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider:
An application from Drew Hill, who is requesting a zone change for the property at 388 North Angel from to R-1-14 Single Family Residential to GC General Commercial. The subject property is 1.81 acres (78,843 ft²). The current R-1-14 zoning requires a minimum lot size of 14,000 square feet, and the requested zone change to GC would allow for commercial development. The intent of the proposed rezone is to allow for an interior design business to be run from the building, as well as to offer swimming lessons on site.
