EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Eagle Mountain City Council will hold public hearings on May 6, 2025, at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following items: Budget Amendment: - Amendment #6 to the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget: Amending the General Fund, Capital Project Fund, Special Revenue Funds, Debt Service Funds, and Enterprise Funds. Eagle Mountain City Staff Point of Contact: Kimberly Ruesch, Administrative Services Director kruesch@eaglemountain.gov Natural Open Space & Wildlife Habitat Management Plan: - A proposed Concept Plan for the 2025 Natural Open Space & Wildlife Habitat Management Plan. This is the next-to-final draft of the EMC Open Space Plan. This Plan has been a year in the making and will guide the City on how it will manage native open spaces within the City. Eagle Mountain City Staff Point of Contact: Todd Black, tblack@eaglemountain.gov Eagle Mountain Municipal Code Amendments: - EMMC Chapter 17.80 Sign Regulations and Sign Permits. A proposal to enact an ordinance amending EMMC 17.80.120, Exempt Signs by replacing existing language about the size and placement of political signs with more specific language to include size, placement, location, and timing of political signs.
