MAY 8, 2025 PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 East, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 1601 E 200 S (Battle Creek Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Todd Matthews for a Conditional Use Permit to permit an addition onto a nonconforming home, located at 1601 E 200 S in the R1-9 Zone. (Administrative Item) Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 1024 W 550 N (Mud Hole Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Joshua Reeves for a Conditional Use Permit to permit Use 8224: Kennels, for up to a total of 10 cats and dogs, located at 1024 W 550 N in the R1-8 Zone. (Administrative Item) Public Hearing: Code Text Amendment - Section 10-6-2 and 10-9A-8 (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider the request of Ben Huntsman for Code Text Amendment to amend Sections 10-6-2: Definitions, and 10-9A-8: Yard Requirements in the Rural Residential Zone. The applicant is requesting to amend the setback requirements for accessory buildings in the Rural Residential Zone and add, amend, or clarify several terms in the land use definitions.
