City-Wide Zoning Code Update and Downtown Vineyard (Town Center) Special Purpose Zoning District Amendments
NOTICE is hereby given regarding public hearing(s) before the Vineyard Planning Commission on May 7th, 2025, and the City Council on May 14th, 2025, at 6 pm or as soon thereafter as possible in the council chambers at 125 S. Main Street, Vineyard, Utah 84059.
The revised City zoning code will update language and standards for clarity and cohesion of the Zoning Code as a whole.
The applicant-initiated text amendments will update elements of the Downtown Vineyard (Town Center) Special Purpose Zoning District; 3.08 Uses, 3.10 Building Standards, 3.12 Open Space Types, 3.18 Sign Types.
Public comments, questions, and requests for copies of materials are encouraged to be emailed to Cache Hancey at cacheh@vineyardutah.gov prior to the meeting.
