- PUBLIC NOTICE Posted April 24, 2025 In Accordance with Utah State Code 20A-1-510 & 10-3-301 BIG WATER TOWN IS NOW ACCEPTING LETTERS OF INTENT TO APPOINT A MIDTERM VACANCY ON THE TOWN COUNCIL & GLEN CANYON SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD (This seat appointment expires 12/31/2025) LETTERS OF INTENT MUST BE TURNED IN AT TOWN HALL OR EMAILED TO KJOSEPH@BIGWATERUT.GOV NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY MAY 14, 2025, BY 11:59PM. INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN YOUR LETTER OF INTENT: - Full name and address - Summary of why you wish to be considered, your experience, and qualifications. REQUIREMENT FOR CONSIDERATION INCLUDE: - Must be a registered voter in the municipality. - Must have a primary residence in the municipality.
