Description/Agenda: In accordance with Utah Code Ann. 10-3-301, notice is hereby given that the Millcreek municipal offices of Council District 2 and Council District 4 will be voted on in the 2025 Municipal Election to serve four-year terms. Millcreek will be participating in the Municipal Alternate Voting Methods Pilot Project (ranked choice voting). The period for eligible candidates to file a declaration of candidacy will be August 12-19, 2025, at Millcreek City Hall, 1330 E Chambers Avenue, with the Recorder's Office during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.). A $50 filing fee will be collected during the declaration period. The General Election will be held November 4, 2025. For more information, visit: https://www.millcreekut.gov/161/Elections.
