- INVITATION TO BID City of North Salt Lake 10 E Center St. North Salt Lake City, Utah 84054 Sealed bids for construction of the 'Coventry Lane, Freedom Drive & Freedom Circle Storm Drain Line, Culinary Water Line, & Street Resurfacing - Project No. 24-018'. will be received by the City of North Salt Lake at the City Hall Building, 10 East Center Street, North Salt Lake City, Utah until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, May 13th, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The Bidder shall indicate the Construction Contract title, the name and address of the Bidder, and the date and time of the Bid opening. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of the above-described project as included in the Contract Documents; consisting of the following items of work: 1,855 LF of new 8' PVC waterline, installation of 2 PRV vaults (provided by City), 2,050 LF of new storm drain, and full asphalt removal and repaving of approximately 7,100 SY ; all in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by Wilson & Company, Inc.
