NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Amalga, Utah, Planning and Zoning Commission shall conduct a public hearing as part of its scheduled meeting Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at the City Office at 6590 N 2400 W in Amalga. The hearing will begin at 6:30 PM. There will be three items to be considered as Code Amendments: 1. Revising and updating Chapter 6 of the Amalga TOWN Land Management and Development Code, Zoning Administration and Enforcement. 2. Changes to Chapter 3 of the Amalga TOWN Land Management and Development Code, Supplementary Regulations, 3.16, Accessory Apartments within Residential Dwellings, Size, Ownership of the Residential Dwelling 3. Changes to Chapter 8 of the Amalga TOWN Land Management and Development Code, 8.1, Mobile Homes. Copies of these Code Amendments will be available at the Public Hearing and also by contacting the Planning and Zoning Secretary at 435-881-0552. Public input is encouraged.
