Attendance- Dustin Cox, Brent Heaton, Bryce Adair, Jessie Staples, Erik Baron, Stacey Baron Prayer: Dustin Cox Pledge of Allegiance: Stacey Baron 1. Stacey Baron- County Hospital EMS- Very Complicated subject. Stacey talked to Forest Barnard about it. We are in the fire district covered by CMFD. They are licensed to cover us but there is not an agreement for us to pay for the services. If we were to call 911, Kane County Hospital would come but their service area stops at the bottom of the KOA. The state has set up boundary lines. Dustin asked if he needed the ambulance where would they take him. Panguitch or Cedar would be where the ambulance would go. Wondered if the county wanted more people at the hospital. 2. Subdivision Ordinance- Town council will finish reviewing changes the planning commission made to the previous ordinance. Brent measured the roads to see if any of them would be compliant with the subdivision ordinance as is. The roads in hidden valley subdivision are consistent with the other roads in town. There was a compaction test done on hidden valley subdivision roads and they passed. The requirement for road width is 26 feet, the narrowest road Brent measured was 19 feet. There was discussion pertaining to the subdivision ordinance. The town council was able to review the changes suggested by the planning commission. The council sent back their suggestions to the planning commission. There will be a public hearing before the subdivision ordinance changes are adopted. 3. Adjourn-Brent moved to adjourn
