Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL OFFICES to be voted on in the Moroni City 2025 Municipal General Election One (1) Mayor - 4-year term Two (2) City Council Members 4-year term each One (1) City Council Member - 2-year term Candidate Filing Period Begins June 2, 2025 Declaration of Candidacy Forms must be filed in person with the City Recorder at 80 South 200 West, Moroni, Utah between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday - Friday. Candidate filing deadline is Friday, June 6, 2025. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CANDIDATE ARE: (Utah Code 20A-9-203) 1. Be a United States Citizen 2. Be a registered voter of the municipality, 3. Be a resident of the municipality for a period of 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the date of the election 4.
