RIVERDALE CITY COUNCIL CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Michelle Marigoni, City Recorder for the City of Riverdale, Weber County, State of Utah, do hereby certify during the Riverdale City Council meetings held on April 1 and April 15, 2025 the following Resolution(s) and/or Ordinance(s) were adopted: - Ordinance 992 amended Riverdale City Code 10-19-9 regarding seasonal sales and temporary structures for seasonal sales. - Resolution 2025-09 adopted the annual municipal wastewater report. - Resolution 2025-10 accepted the WFRC future land use map. - Resolution 2025-11 Awarded a bid to Slippery Rock Constructors for the 2025 waterline improvement project. - Resolution 2025-12 adopted a policy regarding special needs participants in city programs. I further certify that the above referenced resolution(s) and/or ordinance(s) were posted on April 23, 2025, in accordance with Utah Municipal Code 10-3-711 as a class A notice under section 63G-28-102. ____________________________________ Michelle Marigoni City Recorder All Resolution(s) and Ordinance(s) are posted for 30 consecutive days.
