NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Bluffdale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 which will begin at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following Land Use Application:

Application Name: Kenna Lane Lot 105 Amended

Location: 3725 W Kenna Ln, 14252 S 3600 W
Acreage: 1.124 acres
Request: To approve the Plat Amendment Application to combine Lot 105 of the Kenna Lane subdivision with a 0.12 acre parcel directly abutting the subject property to the west. The new proposed Lot 105 will increase in size from 1 acre to 1.116 acres.
The hearing is scheduled in connection with regularly scheduled meeting of the Bluffdale City Planning Commission. If you have any relevant comments or concerns, there are several ways to participate in these meetings as follows:
