THE CITY OF BLUFFDALE, UTAH NOTICE OF 2025 MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION The City of Bluffdale 2025 Municipal General Election will be held to elect a Mayor and two City Council Members. Each Council seat is at-large for a 4-year term. A person seeking to become a candidate for municipal office shall file a Declaration of Candidacy, in person with the Bluffdale City Recorder, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale Utah, during the office hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and not later than the close of those office hours, between June 2 and June 6, 2025 (excluding Saturday and Sunday). An individual who cannot appear in person may declare candidacy by following the provisions of Utah Code § 20A-9-203. To qualify as a candidate for a municipal office, you must be a United States citizen, a registered voter in the municipality in which the individual is elected, a resident of Bluffdale for 12 consecutive months immediately before the date of the election and may not be convicted of a felony. The Primary Election, if needed, will be held Tuesday, August 12, 2025. The General Election will be held Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
