Mrs. Isaac voices concerns about teacher pay scale compared with other schools - asks board to consider budget for teacher pay. Mr. Clyne responds with budget priorities being computers and salaries.
Also raises concerns about staff wanting more communication between board and staff members. Consideration of newsletter for additional communication. Suggestion of a meet and greet with board members, volunteers, and all staff to be equally involved and collaborating (P.T.V.and O).
Mrs. Poole asks about the response return from the evaluation questionnaire and how much participation was delivered. Jamee advises the committee for evaluations will help getting better responses and suggests us having more time to put out surveys throughout the year.
