IRON COUNTY, UTAH IRON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION & COUNTY COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARINGS - Proposed Zone Change The Iron County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action (recommendation) during their regularly scheduled meeting, on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Festival Hall located at 105 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah. The County Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action at their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, May 12, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Iron County Courthouse located at 68 S 100 E, Parowan, Utah. The hearings are to receive public comment on an application for a zone change from Residential 2 Acre (R-2) to Light Industrial (LI) - located near 450 N 5700 W, Cedar City, UT. Applicant: Deb Nelson Approximately 2.0 acres,- within the SW1/4 NE1/4 Section 11, T36S, R12W, SLB&M, Iron County, UT (APN: E-0188-0002-0000), property currently zoned R-2 All interested persons are invited to attend.
