IRON COUNTY, UTAH IRON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION & COUNTY COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARINGS - Proposed Zone Change The Iron County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action (recommendation) during their regularly scheduled meeting, on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Festival Hall located at 105 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah. The County Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action at their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, May 12, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Iron County Courthouse located at 68 S 100 E, Parowan, Utah. The hearings are to receive public comment on an application for a zone change from Agriculture 20 Acre (A-20) to Light Industrial (LI) - Located near 5900 W to 6900 W Silver Hills Parkway, Cedar City, UT. Applicant: Fiddlers Canyon, LLC, represented by Go Civil Engineering Approximately 204.22 acres - within Section 10, T36S, R12W, SLB&M, Iron County, UT (APNs: E-0180-0002-0000, E-0181-0000-0000, E-0183-0000-0000 & E-0184-0001-0002), property currently zoned A-20 All interested persons are invited to attend.
