2025 NOTICE OF ELECTION HYDE PARK CITY, UTAH Pursuant to Section 10-3-301(2)(a) of the Utah Code, notice is hereby given that the City of Hyde Park, Utah will hold its Municipal General Election this fall to elect a Mayor and two City Council Members. The Primary Election date is Tuesday, August 12, 2025, if needed. The General Election date is Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The Mayor and City Council Members serve four-year terms and are elected at-large. The incumbents are: Mayor Bryan Cox Council Seat Gerald Osborne Council Seat David Fowles A Hyde Park resident who is interested in filing for one of these offices must: - Be a U.S. citizen at the time of this filing - Be a registered voter in Hyde Park City - Be at least 18 years old - Be a resident of Hyde Park City for at least 365 consecutive days immediately preceding the date of election (November 4, 2025) - No be a convicted felon The filing Period is Monday June 2nd through Friday June 6th Persons interested in becoming a candidate for office must file a Declaration of Candidacy in person with the Hyde Park City Recorder, 113 East Center, Hyde Park, Utah, during regular business hours. (Monday June 2nd through Thursday June 5th, 7:30am to 5:30pm and Friday June 6th by appointment). The filing forms are available at the City Recorder's Office. There is no filing fee.
