- Special Meeting Agenda - April 22, 2025 - 5:00 PM Fruitland Special Service District 1. Call to Order 2. CIB & EQUAG Funding Update o EQUAG application: It has been determined that we are not eligible for funding. o CIB application is in progress for Upper Mill Hollow Treatment facility as well as Water Acquisition. o (Jones & DeMille) will join via Zoom at 5:00 PM to discuss engineering details and application status. o Division of Drinking Water and other potential sources have been contacted; I will continue to verify whether any of them can assist with funding water acquisitions. 3. Water Rights Acquisition Discussion o Overview of proposed purchase: $100,000 down payment, $7,000 per acre-foot. o Discussion of lease possibilities with Central Utah Water. o Contract being prepared by Attorney, pending board interest. 4. Approval Item o Vote to approve a water meter for Brian and Marsha Walker. 5. Next Steps and Board Decision o Consideration of funding strategy and motion to proceed, if applicable. 6. Adjournment
