Description/Agenda

Notice for water leasing for the 2025 water year only. North Emery Water will be leasing Huntington Cleveland Irrigation class A water shares to any North Emery Water user, with access to Huntington Cleveland Irrigation water, will be eligible to sign up to lease this water. This will be in leased in lots of 50 shares and 100 shares with a minimum of $6.00 per share. Please state if you want multiple lots. Bids must be in a sealed envelope and brought to the North Emery Water Office before May 6th at noon. At 1325 North Hwy 155 Cleveland, UT. Bids may be dropped in the 'drop dox' at the office. DO NOT MAIL THE BIDS. Any bids after noon on May 6th will be rejected. Monthly water account with North Emery Water Users' MUST be current with no outstanding balance for bids to be accepted. There can be tier bids of three. Bids will be opened May 6th at noon, and awarded after all bids are opened. You will have seven days to pay for your water shares or they will be awarded to someone else. All transfer fees with Huntington Cleveland Irrigation will be the responsibility of the winning bidder. Anyone with a connection with North Emery may be present and witness during the opening of Bids. For questions call the North Emery Water office at 435-653-2649. Or Chandler at 435-749-1662.
