- NOTICE OF GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT PROCESS Notice is hereby given that the City of Bluffdale has begun the process to amend its comprehensive General Plan to create and incorporate an integrated Land Use and Water ('water use and preservation') element as required by the State of Utah pursuant to Utah Code ยง 10-9a-403(2)(f). Notice of all future public hearings will be provided as required by Bluffdale City Code Section 11.30.060. City of Bluffdale, Applicant. Caitlyn Tubbs, staff contact. If you have questions or comments regarding this process please provide them as follows: 1. Email your comments to ctubbs@bluffdale.com and include 'Land Use and Water Element' or 'General Plan Amendment' in the subject line of the email. 2. Mailed written comments will also be accepted.
