Ivins City Arts Commission Special Meeting Agenda April 30, 2025 3:00 PM Ivins City Hall - Council Chambers Note: the order of the items discussed on this agenda is subject to change 1. Welcome and call to order a) Acknowledgement of a quorum b) Disclosures/conflicts 2. RAP Program a) Presentation and discussion on the merits of moving the RAP program to a fiscal year calendar - Patty b) Set new dates for RAP program and vote to ratify the change c) Discussion and vote on asking City Council to increase our 'off the top' RAP funding to $10,000 next year 3. Budget - Fiscal Year 2026 a) Discuss and add comments regarding preliminary AC budget FY26 - Patty 4. It's a Wrap! a) Presentation of two HOA applications and one ICAC application - Daphne b) Discuss & approve applications and partial funding for boxes - Michele 5. Motion to move to a closed session a) Discussion of applicants to fill the vacancy on the ICAC 6. Return to the Council Chamber and re-open the meeting a) Motion to make a recommendation to the Mayor and City Council to appoint the selected applicant to fill the vacancy on the ICAC 7.
