Public Notice Municipal Election Announcement - Notice is hereby given that Fountain Green City will hold elections for the following municipal offices: Mayor - 4-year term, Councilmember (2 seats), both 4-year terms. Candidate Qualifications and Filing Information - Qualified residents interested in running for office must file for candidacy with the Fountain Green City Recorder from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Filing Period - June 2, 2025, to June 6, 2025. How to file: File a Declaration of Candidacy in person. Candidate Qualifications: To be eligible for municipal office, a candidate must meet the following criteria: 1. Registered Voter in Fountain Green City. 2. Must be a U.S. citizen. 3. At least 18 years old. Residency Requirement - Must have resided within Fountain Green City for 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the election date (November 4, 2025). Disqualifications: refer to UCA 20A-9-203(c). P Posting Certification. I, the undersigned, the duly appointed and acting Recorder for the City of Fountain Green, hereby certify that copies of this notice were posted on the Utah public Notice Website and at the following three public locations within the municipality on this 18th day of April, 2025: 1. www.fountaingreencity.com 2.
