- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PARAGONAH PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given, the Paragonah Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on April 30, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Paragonah Town Hall, 44 North 100 West, Paragonah, to receive public comments concerning amendments to Lot Definitions/Regulations and Short-Term Rental Ordinances. A copy of the amendments is available for inspection by the public at the Paragonah Town Office, 44 North 100 West, Paragonah, during regular office hours. The public is invited and encouraged to attend. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this hearing should contact the Paragonah Town Clerk, 435-477-8979, at least 48 hours prior to the hearing.
