- PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 6 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning proposed amendments to the Richfield City Zoning Ordinance, Title 17. The City is proposing various text amendments to title to increase consistency and compliance with current State requirements, address clarity and correctness issues as they concern site plan reviews.
