- NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF SOUTH DAVIS METRO FIRE SERVICE AREA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the South Davis Metro Fire Service Area will hold a Board Meeting, Monday, April 21st @ 5:00 p.m.@ 255 South 100 West, Bountiful, Utah 84010 - Station 81 A G E N D A CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND WELCOME OF VISITORS 1. Consideration of March 17, 2025, minutes 2. Special recognition honoring the career of Robert Sanders, Davis and Salt Lake County Fire Warden 3. Consideration of FY 2025-2026 Budget - Administrative Committee Board Chair, Gary Hill 4. Consideration of March Financial Statements - Ms. Hardy 5. Consideration of March Disbursements - Ms. Hardy 6. Policy Consideration - Chief Stewart - 601 Training Coverage and Compensation - 316 Ride Along Program - 1316 Data Analysis/Accountant Job Description 7. Operational Report-Out - DC Larsen 8. Fire Chief Report - Chief Stewart 9. Chairman Report On Thursday, April 17th @ 5:00 p.m. a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in an inconspicuous view by the Secretary to the Board in the areas reserved for such posting of public notices by the member agencies. This notice is also posted on the Public Notice Website and the district's website (www.sdmetrofire.gov). Times are approximate and the order of agenda items is subject to change except for matters that are designated for a certain time. Motions relating to any of the foregoing agenda items, including final action, may be taken at the meeting. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Agency will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling 801-677- 2400 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended. *AS NEEDED* Closed meeting to discuss the acquisition or sale of real property, pending litigation and/or to discuss the character and/or competency of an individual(s) (Utah Code §52-4-205).
