PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 PM.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: PLANNING COMMISSION WORK AND REGULAR MEETINGS - MARCH 11, 2025 and MARCH 25, 2025.
ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
1. G42, LLC - Young Kia - CONDITIONAL USE
The applicant, Dave Whitaker and Russ Cooper, representing G42, LLC, are requesting conditional use approval to operate a car dealership at this location. The property is located at approximately 296 North Main Street.
2. Hidden Hills Subdivision - PRELIMINARY PLAT
The applicant, Sean Davis, is requesting preliminary plat approval for the Hidden Hills Subdivision, which includes two lots in the R-1-10 zone. The property is located at 2719 East Gentile Street.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
3. Station Area Plan (SAP) - GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT
Layton City is proposing to amend the Layton City General Plan to include a Station Area Plan in compliance with State code 10-9a-403(1). The Station Area Plan is a planning resource to establish a vision for development within half a mile of the FrontRunner Station.
