HAFB TANK EMERGENCY OVERFLOW PROJECT
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Separate sealed Bids for the construction of the HAFB Tank Emergency Overflow Project will be received by
Syracuse City Public Works at 3061 South 2400 West, Syracuse Utah, 84075, until 10:00 a.m., prevailing local
time, on April 29, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time on that date at the address listed
above. Electronic submission will not be accepted.
The HAFB Emergency Overflow Project consists of:
Modification of existing emergency overflow pipe
An electronic set of the Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Agreement, Plans, Specifications, and other Contract
Documents will be emailed to interested Contractors by contacting the Syracuse City public Works Department at
801-825-7235 for no charge. No paper copies will be available for purchase.
Bidders must obtain the Project Documents directly from Syracuse City to be included on the official
plan holders list. A bidder must be on the official plan holders list to submit a bid.
No pre-bid conference will be held. Email questions to bbloemen@syracuseut.gov.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with
his Bid, a bid security subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw
his Bid within thirty-five (35) days after the date of the opening thereof.
