- SPRINGVILLE PAR BOARD REGULAR AGENDA SPRINGVILLE CIVIC CENTER, MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM, 110 S. MAIN, SPRINGVILLE, UTAH April 22, 2025- 5:45 P.M. 1. Welcome - Chairperson Kurtt Boucher 2. Excuse Board member Patrice Bolen and those not able to attend. 3. Approval of PAR Board minutes 4. Recognize visitors 5. Reminder - This is a board meeting wherein board topics need to be discussed. It is not a public outreach meeting so there is no accommodation for public 'discussion' other than a public comment, unless approved by the conducting authority. 6. Public Comment period (limited to 15 minutes; 3 minutes per person or subject). No action can be taken. 7. Public Art & Building Study Update- Emily Larsen 8. PAR Projects Update- Tyler Wilkins 9.
