City Council Member - Two (2) - Four-year term
A primary election will be held, if necessary, on August 12, 2025. The general election will be held on November 4, 2025.
A Monticello City resident who is interested in becoming a candidate must file a Declaration of Candidacy, in person, between June 2 and June 6, 2025, during normal business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) with the Monticello City Recorder at 17 N 100 E, Monticello, Utah. A $50.00 filing fee will be collected during the declaration period.

THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO ATTEND ALL CITY MEETINGS
Monticello City Council holds meetings on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, unless otherwise posted, at the Hideout Community Center, 648 S Main, beginning promptly at 7:00 p.m. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone needing special accommodations to attend a meeting may contact the City Office, 587-2271, at least three working days prior to the meeting. City Council may adjourn to closed session by majority vote, pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-4 & 5.
