- Riverton City Invitation for Bid #CC25-452 1300 West Sidewalk Project Riverton City is conducting an Invitation for Bid for the 1300 West Sidewalk Project. Work on this project includes: - Construct 5' wide sidewalk per APWA #231 - 4' concrete / 4' UTCB - Approx 85 LF - Remove 6+/- LF of vinyl fencing Sealed bids will be due by 2:00 pm on May 8, 2025 and may be turned in at the Purchasing Office, located at 12830 South 1700 West, Riverton, Utah 84065, or may be submitted electronically at bid.submittal@rivertoncity.com. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read aloud at approximately 2:01 pm. Bidders registered on the plan holder's list, may request to attend the opening via Zoom meeting by sending a request to the purchasing department, ccalvert@rivertonutah.gov. Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany each bid. An electronic format of the bid package may be obtained through the purchasing website. https://www.rivertonutah.gov/purchasing/solicitations.php. Bid Documents will not be ready and/or posted until after April 23, 2025. When they are posted, the bid documents will be sent to those bidders who have registered to get them.

- Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
