2025 MUNCIPAL GENERAL: November 4, 2025
Candidate Filing Period:
Begins Monday, June 2, 2025 through Friday, June 6, 2025 8 a.m to 5 p.m.
Declaration of Candidacy Forms or Nomination Petitions must be filed with the City Recorder at 40 South Main Street room 130. You must fill out your Declaration of Candidacy in front of the City Recorder. Please have your conflict of interest disclosure ready.
The qualification requirements for municipal office are:
A U.S. citizen
At least 18 years old
A registered voter
A resident of Spanish Fork City for at least 12 consecutive months prior to the election
The person has not been convicted of a felony
