IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, April 29, 2025 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing regarding a recommendation to approve a Concurrent Map Amendment from LDR (Low-Density Residential) and HDR (High-Density Residential) to HDR land use, and RA-5 (Residential Agriculture minimum lot size 5 acres) and R-1-5 (Residential Single Family Minimum lot size 5,000 sq ft) zone to RE-2-10 (Residential Two-Family District, minimum lot size 10,000 square feet) on approximately 10.69 acres. Applicant/Owner: Louis Carnesale-Owner. American Land Consulting and Engineering-Applicant. Property Location: Approximately 800 West Old Hwy 91.
