Purpose:
Public Hearing regarding a recommendation to approve a Concurrent Map Amendment from LDR (Low-Density Residential) and HDR (High-Density Residential) to HDR land use, and RA-5 (Residential Agriculture minimum lot size 5 acres) and R-1-5 (Residential Single Family Minimum lot size 5,000 sq ft) zone to RE-2-10 (Residential Two-Family District, minimum lot size 10,000 square feet) on approximately 10.69 acres.
