- The following ordinance was adopted and approved by the Logan Municipal Council, Logan, Utah on April 15, 2025. ORD. 25-05 - LOGAN MUNICIPAL CODE AMENDMENT - Ordinance amending Chapters 17.21 'Gateway Overlay Zones' to add a Commercial Node at Park Avenue/1700 South & Highway 89/91; Chapter 17.33 'Temporary Signs' to include sign standards for special events amending Section 5.18 regulating 'Itinerant of Transient Merchants.' This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon publication.
