Description/Agenda
Pursuant to Section 10-3-301(2)(a) of the Utah Code, notice is hereby given that the Municipal Offices in Town of Apple Valley, Utah to be voted on in the 2025 Municipal General Election are:
- Mayor - to be elected at-large to serve a four-year term.
- Two Town Council Members - to be elected at-large to serve a four-year term.
- Two Town Council Members - to be elected at-large to serve a two-year term.
(to fill mid-term vacancies)
A primary election will be held, if necessary, on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. The general election will be held on November 4, 2025.
A Town of Apple Valley resident who is interested in becoming a candidate must file a Declaration of Candidacy between June 2 and June 6, 2025.
Declarations of Candidacy must be filed with the Town of Apple Valley Recorder at Apple Valley Town Hall, 1777 N Meadowlark Dr, Apple Valley, Utah,
(Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm).
