2025 MORGAN CITY MUNICIPAL ELECTION NOTICE Pursuant to Section 10-3-301(2)(a) of the Utah Code, notice is hereby given that the Municipal Offices in Morgan City, Utah, to be voted on in the 2025 Municipal General Election are: - Mayor - to be elected at-large to serve a four-year term - City Council Members - three to be elected at-large to serve four-year terms A primary election will be held, if necessary, on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. The general election will be held on November 4, 2025. A Morgan City resident who is interested in becoming a candidate must file a Declaration of Candidacy between June 2, 2025, and Friday, June 6, 2025. Declarations of Candidacy must be filed in person with the Morgan City Recorder at Morgan City Hall at 90 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah, between regular office hours (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm). A $____ filing fee will be collected during the declaration period.
