ADMINISTRATIVE - Welcome by Chairman Bailey - Approve or modify the minutes of the meeting on March 25, 2025. - City Council report - Councilmember Alldredge. 7:05 p.m. PUBLIC HEARING - To receive public comment regarding an enactment to the Fillmore City Municipal Code for Chapter 19 'Sign' Ordinance. - To receive public comment regarding an amendment to the water acquisition fee or the conveyance of a water right that shall be made in conjunction with development within Fillmore City. 7:10 P.M. BUSINESS - To approve, modify, or deny a recommendation to the Fillmore City Council for an enactment of Chapter 19 'Sign' Ordinance. - To approve, modify, or deny a recommendation to the Fillmore City Council for an amendment to the water acquisition fee or the conveyance of a water right that shall be made in conjunction with development within Fillmore City. 7:20 P.M.
