NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 13.12 acres of property from 'R-S' (Residential Suburban) to 'R-1-10 PRUD' (Single Family Residential, Planned Residential Unit Development). The property is located at approximately 3265 North Hobbs Creek Drive.
The hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled Council meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
