Notice of Clearfield City Ordinance Adoptions
The following ordinances have been passed by the Clearfield City Council:
CLEARFIELD CITY ORDINANCE 2025-10
April 8, 2025
This Ordinance rezones the property located at approximately 905 South 1500 East (TIN: 09-021-0017) from A-1 (Agriculture) to P-F (Public Facilities) and amends the City's Zoning Map to reflect the change.
CLEARFIELD CITY ORDINANCE 2025-11
April 8, 2025
This Ordinance rezones the properties located at approximately 350 and 432 South Carter Lane (TINs: 15-072-0004, 15-070-0005, and 12-003-0305) from U-R (Urban Mixed Residential) to P-F (Public Facilities) and amends the City's Zoning Map to reflect the change.
