NOTICE & AGENDA OF OAK CITY TOWN BOARD REGULAR MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Oak City Town Board will hold a Public Hearing along with its regularly scheduled Town Board Meeting on Thursday, April 17, 2025 beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Oak City Town Hall Conference Room.
The Public Hearing will begin with an invocation and input will then be received from the public with respect to the adoption of Ordinance 2025-01, Rural Residential Updates. This ordinance will provide clarification of terms in the Town of Oak City Code by redefining Accessory Structure and Mobile Home, adding definitions for Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit and Manufactured Home, and adding a corner lot setback exception. This Hearing will begin at 7:30 pm; after which, the Regular Town Board Meeting will begin.
The following agenda items will be considered at the Regular Meeting:
A. Adopt Agenda.
B. Adopt Minutes of Town Board Regular Meeting held Thursday, March 20, 2025.
C. Community Help/Support for Roger Anderson's Museum. - Bryant Anderson
D. Discuss and Possibly Adopt Ordinance 2025-01, Rural Residential Updates.
E. Discuss Need for a New Backhoe. - Mayor Callister
F. Public Comment.
G. Monthly Financial Report with Quarter 3 Budget Review.
H. Departmental Reports.
I. Miscellaneous.
J. Adjournment.
