TOQUERVILLE CITY COUNCIL Regular Business Meeting Agenda April 16, 2025, at 5:00 pm 212 N. Discussion on MPDO Clarifications and Applicable Restrictions. B. CALL TO ORDER - 6:00 PM: 1. Call to Order - Mayor Justin Sip 2. Pledge of Allegiance - Councilman Campbell 3. Statements of Belief/Opening Prayer - Councilman Chaves C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: 1. Approval of Agenda Order 2. Disclosures and Declarations of Conflicts from Council Members and Mayor. D. CONSENT AGENDA: 1. Review and possible approval of meeting minutes from April 2, 2025 City Council Meeting. E. PUBLIC FORUM: Limit three (3) minutes per person; please address the microphone and state full name and address. Please note there will be no response by any city official during this time. For specific questions, please contact staff directly. F. BUSINESS: 1. Discussion and possible action on a Nightly Rental Application submitted by Jeffrey Thomas. Tax ID: T-TACC-2, current zoning is R-1-20 Single Family Residential. 2. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2025.XX - A Resolution of Toquerville City adopting clarifications and restrictions under the Master Planned Development Overlay (MPDO) Ordinance. 3. Discussion and possible action on a Letter of Support for SB67 Special Session. 4. Discussion and possible adoption of the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Tentative Budget and setting of a date for the Public Hearing. G. CALENDAR OF EVENTS: 1. Arbor Day - Plant a Tree/Pick up the Park Event - Friday, April 25 at Center Street Park - 12:00 PM. 2. Summer Community Clean-up - Saturday and Sunday, May 31 and June 1, 2025 at Center Street Park, Trail Ridge Estates Park and Westfield Park. H. CLOSED SESSION: Discuss litigation, security, property acquisition or sale or the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual (if needed). I.
