REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR PRINTING AND MAILING SERVICES
DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST AND NOTICE INVITING SUBMISSIONS
The purpose of this request for proposals (RFP) is to invite proposals from professional printing and mailing providers to handle all aspects of JBID's monthly billings to its customers. JBID anticipates that it will enter a contract for these services with the most qualified painting/mailing vendor. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a contract award to a single firm. Subject to the provisions of the contract to be entered by JBID and the successful vendor, the duration of the agreement will be no more than five (5) years.
SUBMISSION PROCESS. This Request for Proposal invites actual proposals from qualified providers. Inquiries about this Request for Proposal may be submitted to the District through Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P/Bonfire) on or before close of business Wednesday, May 14, 2025. Inquiries will be answered by the District only through issuance of an addendum.
By submitting a proposal in response to this RFP, the Vendor is acknowledging that the requirements, scope of work, and evaluation process outlined in the RFP are fair, equitable, not unduly restrictive, understood and agreed to. Any exceptions to the content of the RFP must be protested to the District on or before the Inquiries date and time.
All costs incurred by a vendor in the preparation and submission of a proposal, including any costs incurred during interviews, oral presentations, and/or product demonstrations are the responsibility of the vendor and will not be reimbursed. All Proposals must be received by the submission deadline of Friday, May 16, 2025 no later than 11:00 a.m. MDT. All Proposals will become the property of the District. Proposals received after the deadline will be ineligible for consideration.
RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS. Sealed Proposals will be received by the District at its offices located at 1253 West Jordan Basin Lane, Bluffdale, UT 84065 Utah until 11:00 a.m., on Friday, May 16, 2025 for the project titled 'PRINTING AND MAILING SERVICES.'
Respondents are required to submit 3 printed copies of their proposal. Sealed packages enclosing a company's response shall be addressed and submitted to the Jordan Basin Improvement District (Attention: Joel Thompson, General Manager) and received by the District at its offices at 1253 West Jordan Basin Lane, Bluffdale, Utah, 84065, no later than May 16, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. - at which time the proposals will be opened. Vendors are solely responsible to ensure that Proposals are physically received by the District before the deadline. Proposals that are not timely received will not be considered.
