Martain Don Despain Barbara Cameron NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BIG COTTONWOOD CANYON IMPROVEMENT DISTICT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Big Cottonwood Canyon Improvement District will hold a Regular Meeting on Thursday, April 17th, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m., in the District Office at 8021 Brighton Loop Road, (Above the Brighton Store), Brighton, Utah. The proposed agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve Minutes of the Q4 Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees held January 16, 2025. 2. Review Q1 2025 Financial Statements. 3. Discussion: Increase Capitalization Threshold. 4. CID 2025 Cost per Thousand Increase for Processing Fees. 5. Discussion: Present BCCID Operations Associate Position. 6. Solitude ERU Recap Update. Unused ERU Buyback. 7. Greens Basin Heat-Line Update. 8. Smart Cover Quote. 9. Solitude Village Manhole Surround Repair. 10. District Property Development. 11.Correspondence Review. 12.
