safety building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The Council meeting will commence at 7:00
p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items.

Public Forum
Audience members are invited to address the Council with any concerns they may have. Each resident
will have 3 minutes to express their thoughts. The Council will allow you to finish speaking before
providing any response, ensuring that your time is respected. Please note that a maximum of 5
residents can sign up to participate in the public forum. State Law prohibits the Council from
acting on items that do not appear on the agenda.

6. Discussion and possible action on awarding a bid for leasing the towns surplus secondary
irrigation water.
7. Discussion with Building Inspectors about building permit requirements for accessory buildings
in amending the engineering requirements.
8. Discussion and possible action on appointing Ace Cottle as the Fire Marshall for the Town of
Genola.
9. Discussion on the possibility of an addition to the public works building.
10. Discussion and possible action on appointing a Mayor Pro tem.
11. Discussion and possible action on a Resolution 2025-05 Agreement 2025-02 an interlocal
agreement for Utah County to administer the 2025 Municipal Election.
12. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2025-06 participating in the
rank choice voting program.
13. Discussion and possible action on fast cast vote for early voting in the 2025 election.
14. Discussion and possible action on an impact fee review study.
15. Motion to Adjourn
The Town Council may exercise its right under Utah Code Annotated, 52-4-207, to convene and conduct
an electronic meeting.
