- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Helper City, a municipal corporation will hold the regular meeting on the 16th day of April 2025. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. Agenda 1. Call to order. 2. Pledge. 3. Roll call. 4. Approval of minutes from meeting on March 19, 2025. 5. Discussion and possible approval of 20x25 metal garage at 19 D Street for Pete Garcia. 6. Discussion and possible approval of business license and conditional use application for home business at 15 S. 2nd Ave for David Hansen. 7. Discussion of conditional use permit regarding shipping containers for Terra Community Alliance for Michael Cox. Public Comment: Adjournment: The public is invited to submit questions or comments 24 hours before the meeting on agenda items only by calling (435) 472-5391 or emailing deputyrecorder@helpercity.gov. I Shaley Vasquez, Helper City Deputy Recorder, do hereby certify the above notice and agenda was posted on the 15th day of April, 2025 at City Hall and the Utah Public Notice Website. The agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours before such a meeting.
