Nibley Planning & Zoning Commission Public Hearing Notice
The Nibley City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following action items:
Ordinance 25-14: Second Amendment of the Nibley Meadows Subdivision, including modifications to development plans, area density, and stormwater and park amenity requirements
Ordinance 25-15: Amending 19.12.040 Mixed Residential Zone R-M, 19.20.030 Mixed Use and 19.32 Residential Planning Unity Developments (R-PUD), including modifications to setbacks, amenity requirements, rear-loaded housing, mixed-use development, and removing R-M application map
Zone Designation: Parcels 03-012-0026, 03-012-0027, and 03-012-0028, located at 2944, 2966, and 2998 S HWY 89/91, to Commercial (C) in conjunction with a Logan City-Nibley City Boundary Adjustment
When: April 24, 2025 at 6:30 PM MDT
Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S, Nibley, UT 84321-6337
A full report will be posted on the City's website by April 18, 2025, as part of the Planning Commission's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website. Applicants or interested parties should submit written or emailed comments no later than 5:00 PM MDT on the Wednesday prior to the meeting to allow the Commission adequate time for review and consideration. Comments should be submitted either by mail to Nibley City or email to talonb@nibleycity.gov. If applicants or interested parties would like to comment after this time, please submit your comments during the public hearing at the meeting.
